Who banned you? (If known) Maciemace 3. Were you online or offline when you were banned? Offline 4. What were you doing at the time? (If online) N/A 5. Were there any players with a similar name? (If noticed) Nope 6. Why should we un-ban you? First off, it is completely unjust to ban off of suspicion, if our legal system worked this way, there would be terror and havoc in the streets. Second, I did not X-ray, nor plan to. I do not believe that this banning is just and attempted to get it overturned with no response from the upper staff, hence this thread. If there is any way to check for x-raying, please do, Asap 7. What will you do next time to prevent this from happening again? Not have mods affiliated with common x-raying clients 8. What message is displayed when you try to log into the server? Banned for X-raying ~Maciemace, (the usual) 9. Were there any witnesses to this who can testify? 1sibbi, no4u, everyone who read that thread. 10. Picture of when you attempt to login to LC. Am not on a current computer to be able to do this atm, will be edited later One more thing I may add, there has been a breach in the code of posting on ban appeals and in game reports lately, and I kindly ask those to refrain from posting if you are to 1. Conan Posts: 1,380 Reputation: +1,016 LEVEL 0	I'll notify Macie in a moment, but in the meantime while you wait for her response could you get the name of the mod that gives you the coords in the top left hand corner. If I'm not mistaken that's evidence of X-Ray and the only way you could exonerate yourself would be to name the mod you used to get those coords. We've been told that players can't remember what mod it is in the past and they haven't been unbanned, just letting you know. Taralshah99 Posts: 287 Reputation: +91 LEVEL 0	Simple, Macie I think you may have overlooked the fact that there are many external/third party websites that offer this coordinate mod, I did not download the coordinate mod from the direct website, but got an indirect download of it from a friend. Hence, the fact that I did not know that the x-ray mod was affiliated with it. You may then ask how you know that it is the coordinate mod I downloaded, coordinate size, font, etc. are exactly the same, and there are not many mods that can be so identical in controls and layout. Another thing is that there is no hard evidence on the fact that I was x-raying, only that I had a mod similiar to an x-ray client. Whatever your decision is, would be a wise one, but I advise you to rethink it, no matter what it may be. Posted Jan 16, 14 · OP
