That's how you feel about it. Most TITANS that bought the rank bought it to have the abilities, not to "donate." If you wanted to donate to the server, you could have, without buying the rank. If you don't want a $150 refund, that's fine. But you shouldn't be speaking for all TITANS, when most of them disagree with you on this matter.

By donating to get the rank you agree to the terms and conditions. You also must note that:-
Benefits are subject to change.
So in actual fact, nobody should get a refund!

No one would get a refund anyway. The term "donation" means Something that is given to a charity, esp. a sum of money. Donations cannot be refunded because how would you be donating $300 to a cancer research foundation they can't find the cure for cancer so you say you want your money back. That is completely absurd. Donation money would not be given back whether you try sue LC or not, it is simply a donation therefore no money is required to be given back.

From the chats on the forums, you can tell whos just a simple minded sheep and who actually has a sense of justice and understanding.

The sheeps make me sick, and frankly disgusted as .....

Sorry to butt in here, but I've seen people saying stuff like people shouldn't get their money back because it's a donation!!

However, if you notice, at the nav bar at the top, the place where you buy your rank is called "Rank Shop"



And when we actually buy a rank, it says latest purchases on the place that shows we donated



When we buy a rank, it doesn't count as a "donation", we are buying it for the abilities and perks that we get.

The only real part that counts as "donation" is the part on the bottom of the Rank Shop where we "contribute" voluntarily.



So, when we buy our ranks, no where does it say it's a donation. All it says is that we are buying it from the Rank Shop. And technically, if we bought it from a shop, a refund is supposed to happen if the shop changes something like that.

I know I'm not titan and I don't really have anything to do with this situation, but that's just my idea on things

My thoughts on this... When I purchased my rank I read that the permissions were subject to change. I decided that I was okay with losing some permissions over time, especially if the changes were made because of abusive children exploiting them. However, I never thought the rank could be completely removed from the server.

Seeing what has happened to Titan has convinced me not to purchase Legendary. I wonder how many other players will make a similar decision. Something for the LC gods to think about.

To be honest its not like donating to charity its more like umm... donating to a ....... minecraft server yeah and guess who gets helped by people donating to get scammed, 2 fat owners sitting on their chairs eating crisps using their money on minecade and other ......... The owners bassically dont even own LC anymore, they dont care!
